curl -fsSL https://fleet.vanami.com/install.sh | shFleet lives in the menu bar as three bars. It installs the Claude Code plugin and runs a small background service that you can switch off from the menu at any time. Run the same command again to update.
The first time, connect your Mac to the relay:
fleet cloud initOn another Mac, choose Pair Phone… → Copy Link (for Another Mac) on your first Mac and run the copied command on the new one.

Choose Pair Phone… in the Fleet menu on your Mac and scan the QR code with your iPhone’s camera.
Everything between your phone and your Mac is encrypted end-to-end.
